1993 saw the birth of the album ‘Transnational Speedway League’ by a heavy-as-fuck band going by the name of Clutch, from Germantown,Maryland (USA). The album put the band on the map right away, especially for fans of southern-and bluesy stoner rock, hardcore punk and even doom metal (Binge and Purge). The band kept on doing cool stuff ever since, building a global fanbase along the way with bangers like ‘Blast Tyrant’ and ‘Robot Hive/Exodus’, but mainly because of the no-nonsense attitude and awesome live shows. Clutch hits hard. Clutch hits heavy. Clutch rules.
